Eligibility and Entry Requirements

bc55 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are not residents of a region where online gambling is prohibited under local law; (c) register an account voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.

Users who register by providing false information about their age or identity will be subject to immediate account closure, and the balance in that account may be withheld pending an internal investigation.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account under their real name. Owning more than one account, whether in their own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

When registering, users are required to provide accurate and complete information including their full name, valid MyKad or passport number, active mobile phone number and a reachable email address. This information is used for identity verification and transaction processing purposes.

Users are fully responsible for:

bc55 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

bc55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC and ETH). All methods are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) or the crypto equivalent at the current rate.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for each payment method. No transaction fees are charged by bc55, however third-party payment providers may apply charges based on their own policies.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The standard processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes after the withdrawal request is approved. bc55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

bc55 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of bonus terms until the investigation is complete. Users will be informed via email or live chat throughout the investigation period.

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

bc55 offers various promotional programmes to registered members. All offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotion. Users are required to read and understand those terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

VIP Programme: bc55 operates four (4) VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Tier upgrades are based on the user's gaming activity over time.

bc55 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or gaming strategies intended to reduce bonus risk, will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account concerned.

Game Rules and System Integrity

All games offered on the bc55 platform are operated by internationally licensed software providers and use independently certified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of each game is final and cannot be appealed unless a technical failure can be demonstrated.

In the event of a technical disruption, network communication failure or system error affecting a game, bc55 reserves the right to declare that game round void and the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account balance.

Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the bc55 platform. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to use the bc55 platform in a responsible, lawful manner that is respectful to other users and platform staff. Any conduct that disrupts platform operations, including hacking attempts, system intrusion or harassment of other users, is strictly prohibited.

It is the user's responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in force in the country or region where they reside regarding online gambling. bc55 makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of access from any particular jurisdiction.

Users agree that all information provided to bc55, including during registration and the identity verification process, is accurate, truthful and current. Users are responsible for updating their personal information if any changes occur.

Account Closure and Suspension

bc55 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict access to any account at any time without providing a reason, particularly in the following cases:

• Suspected fraud, cheating or illegal activity.
• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Non-compliance with the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Request by the user themselves to close their account.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the bc55 support team via live chat or email. Once all valid balances have been settled and there are no active restrictions on the account, the closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bc55 reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account until the investigation is complete, and in cases of proven fraud, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

bc55 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from: (a) service disruptions caused by factors beyond bc55's control; (b) game outcomes that are disputed but have been correctly recorded by the system; (c) loss of access resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.

The bc55 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While bc55 endeavours to ensure continuous service availability, no guarantee is given that the platform will always be free from technical errors or disruptions. Maintenance work or system upgrades will be communicated to users where possible.

Responsible Gambling

Users who feel they are having difficulty controlling their gambling habits are encouraged to:
